Central Labour Laws of India (Updated)

At the most rudimentary level, India's labour scenario has a confusion about the number of labour laws in the country.

The Ministry of Labour states that there are 46 laws ( 'Acts and Rules' section in http://labour.gov.in/ )
The Ministry of Law states that there are 60 laws (Law Commission Report No. 248, September 2014)

In fact probably, neither are correct. Combining the two lists and removing for duplicates, we arrive at a grand total of 64 Central Labour Laws (excluding amendment laws and Cess laws). The Law Ministry's list is more comprehensive and should be used as the primary reference point.
